We can also make them look like adobe, brick, stone or stucco. Any house over 1,200 sq ft (or so) in size can be built and finished with major appliances and a furniture package for $100 per square foot (exclusive of foundation and land). Houses approaching 2,500 square feet and bigger could realistically cost less per square foot.
